County-wide bond elections — Eligible voters; conduct of election; declaration of result

None but registered qualified voters residing within the territory to be affected shall be permitted to vote in the election. The election shall be held and the result declared as provided in Title 21. History. Ga. L. 1937, p. 869, § 4.
