Certain parts excepted from application of Code Sections 40-4-40 through 40-4-43

Code Sections 40-4-40 through 40-4-43 shall not apply to the purchase of any motor vehicle part which may be removed from a motor vehicle by an individual possessing the ordinary skill and dexterity of an ordinary motor vehicle owner. History. Ga. L. 1963, p. 436, § 3.
