Suspension of license for nonpayment, default, or breach of repayment or service obligation under certain educational loan or scholarship programs prohibited. Cease and desist order. Notice of opportunity for hearing. Licensee required to notify licensing authority within 10 days of felony conviction. Criminal penalties for violations. Ga. L. 2008, p. 1112, § 15, effective July 1, 2008, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this chapter and enacted the current chapter. The former chapter consisted of Code Sections 43-20A-1 through 43-20A-4, relating to regulation of private immigration assistance services, and was based on Ga. L. 2006, p. 105, § 6/SB 529.
