Maternal and Child Health Programs: Administration

and Purposes. (a) The Department of Public Health and Social Services (the Department) is hereby designated as the agency to administer a maternal and child health program in Guam. (b) The purposes of such program shall be to develop, extend and improve health services, and to provide for development of demonstration services.
