Annual Reporting Requirements of the Environmental Trust Fund

The Administrator of the Guam Environmental Protection Agency shall submit annually for the period from October 1st through September 30th to I Liheslaturan Guåhan and I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan a detailed report including itemized and total revenues, expenditures, and annual and cumulative balance of the Guam Environmental Trust Fund.
