Deposit of Collected Revenue

All revenue received by the Guam Police Department in payment for services rendered shall be deposited in the General Fund. SOURCE: GC § 8002, as added by P.L. 16-111:II:18 (Oct. 7, 1982). NOTE: Reference to the “Department of Public Safety” replaced with “Guam Police Department” pursuant to P.L. 17- 078:1 (Dec. 12, 1984), which repealed language in GC § 5102 that established the Department of Public Safety, and reenacted language to establish the Guam Police Department.
