Definitions

As used in this Chapter, unless otherwise indicated: (a) “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. (b) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. (c) “Hospital” means the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. (d) “Health Professionals” means those persons licensed or certified to practice the healing art within Guam. SOURCE: GC § 49001 as added by P.L. 14-029:1 (May 27, 1977).
