Members. There is a Real Estate Commission which consists of seven (7) members. All members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Governor by and with the consent of the Legislature. The terms of the first three (3) members appointed after the effective date of this Act shall expire January 15, 1980. The terms of other appointees shall be such terms as established by § 102103 of this Chapter. The members shall elect from among their number a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman.
