Information Not Stored on Magnetic Media

Format. An agency may make information, covered by Article 1 of this Chapter that is not stored on magnetic media, available to the general public on magnetic media and charge a fee for such service. Such fees shall be based on the cost of such services, and subject to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 24-301:2 (Dec. 18, 1998).
