Persons and Services to Which Provisions Do Not Apply

Anyone who directly performs any of the acts within the scope of this Division with reference to his own property or, in the case of a corporation which, through its regular officers receiving no special compensation therefor, performs any of the acts with reference to the corporation’s own property. The exemption granted hereunder shall not however, extend to any person, natural or legal, who is engaged in the buying, selling, leasing or development of real property of its own.
