Requirement of Other Proof Before Authorizing License; Hearing

The Commissioner may require such other proof as the Commissioner may deem advisable concerning the honesty, truthfulness and good reputation of any applicant for a real estate license, or of the officers of any corporation, or of the members of any co-partnership making such application, before authorizing the issuance of a real estate license. For this purpose the Commissioner may call a hearing in accordance with the provisions of this Division relating to hearings SOURCE: GC § 58154. Repealed and reenacted by P.L. 25-021:4 (May 24, 1999).
