Continuing Education Requirement for Salesperson Renewal

Any time prior to renewal of an original license the salesperson must satisfactorily furnish evidence of successful completion of an additional forty-five (45) classroom hours of study in § 104208 (a)(1) or (2). Thereafter, all salesperson renewals should be for a period of four (4) years with a continuing education requirement of twelve (12) hours every two (2) years. Should a salesperson acquire more than the minimum of twelve (12) hours during the two (2) year period, the excess hours may be credited to future renewal requirements. SOURCE: GC § 58158.
