Waiver of Examination

(a) The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive the examination of any applicant for a real estate broker's license who held an unrevoked or unsuspended renewal real estate broker’s license, within the one- year period immediately preceding the date of the application for such renewal license, as individual broker, an officer of a corporation or a member of a co-partnership. (b) The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive the examination of any applicant for a real estate salesman's license who held an unrevoked or unsuspended renewal real estate salesman's license, within the one-year period immediately preceding the date of the application for such renewal license.
