Procedure for Issuance of License Under Fictitious Name

Every person applying for a license under this Chapter who desires to have such license issued under a fictitious name shall file with his application a certified copy of the entry of the Director made pursuant to the provisions of 18 GCA Chapter 26 (Fictitious Names). SOURCE: GC § 58172.
