Return and Cancellation of Salesman's License upon Withdrawal from Broker’s

Employ: Reinstatement. Immediately upon the real estate salesman’s withdrawal from the employ of the real estate broker, the real estate broker shall return the real estate salesman’s license to the Commissioner for cancellation. A license canceled but not suspended or revoked may be reinstated at any time during the period for which the license was issued, upon receipt of application therefor and the fee for the reinstatement of his license.
