Signs: Requirement for: Regulations

Each real estate broker shall erect and maintain a sign in a conspicuous place on the premises to indicate that he is a licensed real estate broker and his name shall be clearly shown thereon. The size and place of the sign shall conform to regulations that may be adopted by the Commissioner. SOURCE: GC § 58179.
