Amount of Fees Fixed: Fee Not Refundable

The amount of the real estate fees prescribed for a license under this Chapter is that fixed by the following provisions of this Article. No part of any fee paid in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter is refundable. It is deemed earned by the department upon its receipt. SOURCE: GC § 58208.
