Failure to Comply with Chapter: Penalty

Any foreign banking corporation which is required to comply with the provisions of this Chapter and fails to do so is guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto shall be liable to the people of Guam in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per day for each day that such offense continues.
