Successor is Deemed Included in References to

Predecessor. Whenever in this indenture the Government or any Fiduciary is named or referred to, such reference shall be deemed to include the successor or assigns thereof, and all the covenants and agreements in this Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Government or any Fiduciary shall bind and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns thereof whether so expressed or not.
