Office of the Public Engineer: Establishment

(a) There is established within the Bureau of Planning of the Executive Branch, the office of the Public Engineer. (b) The office shall be headed by the “Public Engineer”, a classified position, recruited and selected within the rules and regulations of the government of Guam. Compensation for the “Public Engineer” shall be determined by the Director of Administration. 2017 NOTE: Subsection designations added pursuant to authority granted by 1 GCA § 1606.
