Purpose

The purpose of the Authority is to acquire, construct, reconstruct, purchase, extend, improve, better, operate and maintain airports and related facilities for civil aviation purposes on Guam. SOURCE: GC § 62003, as enacted by P.L. 13-057 (Sept. 26, 1975).
