Inspections. The owner, operator, manager, or lessee of any place affected by this Chapter or his agent, superintendent, subordinate or employee, and any person employing or directing any labor affected by such Chapter, shall, when requested by the Director or his authorized representative, furnish any information in his
official possession or under his control which the Director deems necessary in the performance of his duties; shall answer completely and truthfully all relevant questions; shall admit the Director or his authorized representative at all reasonable hours to any place which is affected by this Chapter for the purpose of making inspection and performing his other duties and shall render reasonable assistance for a proper inspection.
