Definitions

As used in this Article and Article 2, unless otherwise indicated: (a) “Authority” means the Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam. (b) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Authority. (c) “Director” means a member of the Board. (d) “Executive Manager” means the person employed by the Board to supervise the administration of the Authority.
