As used in this Chapter, unless otherwise indicated:

(a) “Authority” means the Guam Waterworks Authority. (b) “Board” means the Consolidated Commission on Utilities established in Chapter 79 of Title 12 of the Guam Code Annotated. (c) “Director” means a Commissioner of the Consolidated Commission on Utilities. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 23-119:1 (July 31, 1996).
