As used herein, unless otherwise indicated: (a) “Bureau” means the Guam Visitors Bureau. (b) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Bureau. (c) “General Manager” means the General Manager of the Bureau. (d) “Director” means a member of the Board. (e) “Member” means a member of the Bureau. (f) “Employees” means employees of the Bureau.
