Plan Submission

Within thirty (30) days after the hearing of the Plan or any of its elements, the Bureau shall submit to I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi its recommendation thereon including a summary of testimony at the hearing(s). SOURCE: Added as GC § 62015.1 by P.L. 20-147 (Mar. 21, 1990). 2025 NOTE: Reference to the “Governor” replaced with I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi pursuant to 5 GCA § 1510. 2021 NOTE: P.L. 35-110:9 (Dec. 1, 2020) stated: Unless otherwise indicated in this Act, “Council” shall be changed to “Bureau”; “Chairman” shall be changed to “Director”; “Comprehensive Development Plan,” “Guam Comprehensive Development Plan,” “Guam’s Comprehensive Development Plan,” and “Comprehensive Development Plan for Guam” shall be changed to “Guåhan 2050 Sustainability Plan” in Article 2 of Chapter 1, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated. Pursuant to this provision, references in this section to “Council” have been changed to “Bureau.”
