Annual Budget

The Director of the Bureau prepare and submit the Bureau’s first annual fiscal year budget to I Liheslatura within ninety (90) calendar days of the enactment of this Chapter, and thereafter shall submit its annual budgets prior to the end of each fiscal year. Such budget shall contain a financial breakdown of personnel, administrative and all operating costs to be incurred by the Bureau in the performance of provisions set forth in this Chapter. Said personnel expenditures shall be applied to the full staffing requirements of the Bureau as submitted to I Liheslatura by the Bureau. Pursuant to this provision, references in this section to “Council” have been changed to “Bureau” and references to “Chairman” have been changed to “Director.”
