Professional Conduct; Additional Provisions

In addition to those grounds for disciplinary action against licensed allied health practitioners set forth in § 12820 of Article 8, the following acts are deemed unprofessional conduct and are subject to disciplinary action by the Board: (a) cruelty to animals, as defined by Guam law, or as determined by the Board; (b) failure to maintain their professional premises in a sanitary condition; and (c) such other conduct as may be required or proscribed in rules and regulations adopted by the Board in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law.
