(a) The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) is designated as the state- equivalent health agency for Guam for purposes of administering the Conrad 30 J-1 Physician Waiver Program pursuant to federal law. (b) DPHSS shall administer the program in accordance with applicable federal statutes, regulations, and United States Department of State guidance governing the Conrad 30 J-1 Physician Waiver Program.
