Construction; Separate Licensure Pathways

(a) Licensure under §§ 12206.6 through 12206.10 shall constitute a distinct, limited, and service-based pathway separate from licensure under §12206. (b) The requirements of §§ 12206 and 12207 shall not apply to applicants for, or licenses issued under, §§ 12206.6 through 12206.10, unless expressly provided in this Chapter. (c) No license issued under§§ 12206.6 through 12206.10 shall serve as a basis for endorsement, reciprocity, or conversion to a full and unrestricted license under this Chapter.
