No member of the Commission on Licensure to practice the healing arts, the Guam Board of Medical Examiners, the Guam Board of Dental Examiners, the Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners, the Guam Board of Nurse Examiners, the Guam Board of Examiners for Optometry or the Guam Board of Examiners for Pharmacy shall be liable in any civil action for damages for any act done or omitted in good faith in performing the functions of his or her office.
