Registration; Issuance of Certificates

(a) A person successfully passing the examination and who otherwise qualifies under the provisions of this Article and rules and regulations promulgated by the Board shall be registered as a licensed dentist in the Board register and shall also receive a certificate signed by the president and secretary of the Board, in substantially the following form: “This is to certify that _______________ is hereby licensed to practice dentistry in Guam. Dated at __________, this _____ day of ________, 19 ____. Expiration Date: _______________.” (b) The certificate entitles the holder thereof to practice dentistry in Guam in accordance with the rules of the Board if the annual license fee has been paid. 2022 NOTE: References to “territory” omitted pursuant to 1 GCA § 420.
