License Fees; Licensure Under Prior Laws

Any person practicing as an optometrist on Guam prior to December 31, 1986 shall be held to be licensed under the provisions of this Chapter and shall be entitled to the annual renewal of his or her license. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 16-123:2 (Dec. 28, 1982).Amended by P.L. 19-016:2 (Apr. 11, 1988).
