(a) A Board member may be removed pursuant to the procedures set forth in this Section (b), upon one (1) or more or the following grounds: (1) the refusal or inability for any reason of a Board member to perform his or her duties as a member of the Board in an efficient, responsible and professional manner; (2) the misuse of office by a member of the Board to obtain personal, pecuniary, or material gain or advantage for himself or another through such office; (3) the violation by any member of the laws governing the practice of pharmacy or the distribution of drugs and/or devices. (4) the absence of the member for three (3) consecutive Board meeting. (b) Removal of a member of the Board of Pharmacy shall be in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law of Guam, or other applicable laws.
