Establishment of Rules and Regulations

The Guam board of Allied Health Examiners, with the assistance of the Office of Attorney General, shall, upon enactment hereof and in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law, cause to be prepared such rules and regulations as are required for: (a) the regulation of the practice of occupational therapy; and (b) the licensure of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in accordance with the provisions of § 12701 of this Article.
