Scope and Limitation of Practice

(a) The practice of school psychology under this Article shall be limited to educational and school- based psychological services, including assessment, consultation, behavioral intervention, counseling related to educational performance, crisis response, prevention, and other services supporting student learning and well-being within educational settings. (b) Nothing in this Article shall be construed to authorize the independent practice of clinical psychology outside the educational scope authorized herein unless separately licensed pursuant to Article 12 of this Chapter. 2026 NOTE: Subsection designations added pursuant to the authority of 1 GCA § 1606.
