The Director shall serve as the Administrative Officer of the Adjudication Committee. Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) may be allocated by the Adjudication Committee from the funding sources in § 13.306 of this Article for administrative costs or expenses necessary to carry out the mandates of this Article. Amounts allocated under this Section shall not lapse and continue to be available to the extent necessary to carry out the mandates of this Article.
