(a) The recording of a statement of a child is admissible into evidence in any proceeding under this Chapter if: (1) The recording is visual, oral or both and is recorded on film, tape, videotape or by other electronic means; (2) The recording equipment was capable of making an accurate recording, the operator of the equipment was competent and the recording is accurate and has not been altered; and (3) Every person in the recording is identified.
