Development of Economic Enhancement and Growth Plan

Concurrent with the development of the >Guam-US Military Advancement Plan,= as mandated in § 1405 herein, the GUMA Commission shall develop an >Economic Enhancement and Growth Plan,= addressing, but not limited to, the stabilization and diversification of the economic base of Guam from that of a single base economy to that of a diversified, multi- based economy.
