The GUMA Commission may: contract for equipment, rental space and all other property and facilities necessary, or desirable, to carry out its functions; obtain personal services as may be required, in the judgment of the GUMA Commission; contract for the conduct of the studies, strategies and investigations referred to in this Act, either in whole or in part; and employ legal counsel, consultants and other personnel to the extent desired to assist in carrying out the GUMA Commission=s duties and responsibilities.
