The Commission is expressly prohibited from hiring any personnel, inclusive of contractual personnel. The Commission on Self-Determination, or its successor, and the Bureau of Planning, or its successor, shall provide staff support to the Commission as requested. NOTE: Public Law No. 24-330:1 added a Chapter 14 to Title 1, GCA. The Compiler of Laws has recodified Chapter 14 to Chapter 15, since a prior law (P.L. 24-295) already created a Chapter 14 for Title 1, GCA. Amended by the Compiler of Laws in order to reflect the correct citation.
