Vehicle Integrity

No vehicle shall be operated upon the public highways unless such vehicle is so constructed or so loaded as to prevent its contents from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping from or falling from such vehicle. SOURCE: GC § 23113, enacted by P.L. 1-088 (Nov. 29, 1952).
