Operating Motorcycles on Beaches

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle on any public beach posted with appropriate signs by the Chief of Police. SOURCE: GC § 23116.3, enacted by P.L. 8-095 (Feb. 14, 1966). 2025 NOTE: Reference to the “Director of Public Safety” replaced with the “Chief of Police” pursuant to P.L. 17- 078:1 (Dec. 12, 1984), which repealed language in GC § 5102 that established the Department of Public Safety, and reenacted language to establish the Guam Police Department, the head of which is the Chief of Police.
