Operation of Bicycle

While operated on any highway, a bicycle shall be considered a vehicle for all purposes of highway traffic operation regulations and control as set forth in this Code. SOURCE: GC § 23140, enacted by P.L. 1-088 (Nov. 29, 1952); repealed and reenacted by P.L. 3-016:42, 43 (July 14, 1955).
