The University of Guam (UOG) is hereby designated as the lead agency for the development of the aquaculture industry on Guam; and as such, UOG shall have purview over all matters related to the development of aquaculture on Guam SOURCE: Added as § 16132 by P.L. 26-076:40 (Mar. 12, 2002), renumbered by the Compiler pursuant to 1 GCA § 1606.
