Heading of Referendum Petition

(a) Across the top of each page of a referendum petition, there shall be printed in twelve (12)-point font size Roman bold face type the following: “REFERENDUM AGAINST AN ACT PASSED BY THE LEGISLATURE” (b) The summary prepared by the Election Commission shall be printed beneath the title in the same type style.
