Mailing of Ballot Pamphlet

Immediately after copies of the ballot pamphlet are available, the Election Commission shall deliver the following number of copies to the following: (a) one (1) copy to each registered voter; (b) one (1) copy to each village mayor; (c) one (1) copy to each judge of the Superior Court; and (d) one (1) copy to each Senator.
