Moved and recodified as Article 6, Chapter 28 by the Compiler. 2019 NOTE: Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3 (Dec. 6, 2012), after Award Year 2012-2013, financial assistance awards under Chapter 15 of Title 17 GCA would be granted only as provided by Chapter 28. Because 17 GCA § 28404 mandated that awards under the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Teacher Corps would continue, Article 13 was moved by the Compiler and recodified as a new Article 7 to Chapter 28, pursuant to the authority of 1 GCA § 1606.
