The governance of the Department of Education is vested in an education board to be known as “the Guam Education Board” (hereinafter referred to as the Board). The Board shall be composed of nine (9) members. SOURCE: Repealed and reenacted by P.L. 30-183:1 (Aug. 25, 2010).
