Administration

(a) Notwithstanding the provisions and requirements of Chapter 9, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated (the Administrative Adjudication Law), the University of Guam and the Guam Community College shall each independently promulgate such rules and regulations, aligned with existing institutional policies and procedures, as are necessary for the administration of this Chapter within their respective institutions. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the effective date of this Act. (b) The government of Guam entity responsible for veterans affairs shall provide necessary assistance in the verification of a veteran’s status, service record, and eligibility for benefits under this Chapter upon request by an Institution.
